RD Instruments and CODAR Ocean Sensors Enter Strategic Alliance

San Diego, CA, February 15, 2005 -- RD Instruments, a leading manufacturer of underwater acoustic Doppler current profiling (ADCP) products; and CODAR Ocean Sensors, a leading manufacturer of high frequency (HF) radar systems, announced today that the two organizations have signed a memorandum of understanding establishing a new strategic alliance.
