Announces its Fall 2007 Session
SeaSonde Training Course:




Our Fall Training Course will be held in Bodega Bay, California at UC Davis' Bodega Marine Laboratory.

The four-day course will begin Tuesday 23 October at 9:30AM and end Friday 26 October at Noon.
There will be a "Happy Hour" gathering on Monday October 22 at 6 PM at The Tides Bar and Restaurant in Bodega Bay.

Course Fee:
Tuition is USD $750 per person, and includes course materials, 4 lunches, and two dinners. New SeaSonde owners should contact Company for pri-ority reservations.

Training Schedule:

Software sessions will focus on our new Intel/PowerPC SeaSonde 10 Re-lease 5 software suite (with Update2) and the field sessions will be con-ducted on site at Bodega Marine Laboratory. The laboratory operates two SeaSondes at this location, a 12MHz Standard system and 5MHz Long Range system. A combine-type 25MHz High-Res SeaSonde will also be deployed during the course.

Registration and payment must be received by September 15, 2007. Pay-ments can be made via check (U.S. only) written to CODAR Ocean Sen-sors, Visa credit card, or issuance of a Purchase Order from your institu-tion.

Group Lodging:
We have reserved a block of (private) rooms in the Laboratory’s housing complex. We will send you a room reservation form when we receive your Course Reservation form. Reservations MUST be made no later than 15 September 2007.

If you are planning to bring your family or wish to stay at a hotel in nearby Bodega Bay, please contact us for assistance.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
CODAR Ocean Sensors is located between San Francisco and Oakland International Airports. UC Davis’ Bodega Marine Laboratory is a four hour drive north. AirportExpress shuttle service is available to Petaluma, CA. Contact us if you need to be picked-up from the Petaluma shuttle stop.
